CDL Driver Wanted in Hubbard, Oregon

General Summary:
Safely deliver product to customers while keeping professional attitude. Transport product back and forth as needed from plant to plant. Help in Shipping and receiving loading/unloading trucks pulling orders and other duties as needed.
Essential job functions:
1) Backhauls raw materials for production
2) Transfers product between warehouses and storage
3) Make deliverers throughout Oregon and parts of Washington, interacting with customers.
4) Understands BOL's and paperwork documentation
5) Understands and follows all D.O.T. regulations
6) Safely loads and unloads trucks
7) Helps out in shipping and receiving when necessary
8) Assumes any task as directed by the Transpotation Manager
9) Be able to lift 70 lbs
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1) Class 'A' CDL
2) Knowledge of D.O.T. regulations
3) Forklift certified
4) Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
5) Ability to communicate effectively with customers & co-workers
6) Be a self starter
7) Be a team player
Education and experience:
1) Minimum two years class A experience
2) Class A drivers license
3) Safe driving record
This position is a seasonal with no benefits other than one paid holiday in May. It is open to start as soon as possible and end in the month of June with possible full time position offered to the right applicant. If accepted full time applicant will have full benefit package that includes: Health, dental, 401k-Match, 3 days paid sick time, holidays and 2 weeks' vacation.
